Our office is located on the first floor of the River Pointe Professional Building on Northwest Highway (Route 14), just east of its intersection with Half Day Road (Highway 22) in Fox River Grove.
There is ample parking available, as well as handicapped access and elevator service.

Appointment Scheduling Policy
We see all of our patients by appointment only. We pride ourselves on being one of the few medical practices to consistently see our patients on schedule, and this policy allows us to accommodate our patients in the most efficient manner possible. If an acute or urgent medical problem arises, we still ask that you call first rather than walk-in unexpectedly. By providing us with advance notice, we can triage your symptoms and accommodate your needs in the timeliest and most appropriate manner possible, without unnecessarily compromising the care of others.
Appointment Cancellation Policy
We request 24 hours advance notice of cancellation for all appointments. A $30 “No Show” fee will be assessed if such notice is not provided for missed annual physical appointments, missed Saturday appointments, and for repeatedly missed follow-up appointments.
